We bring the car to you.

Share Car Delivery

A delivery service is starting in Tokyo — we bring the car you booked to the place you choose*.
No more going to the station to pick up your car.

* For now, delivery runs from select stations in Tokyo (KONAN and SHINAGAWA) and only to Shinagawa Station.

How delivery works

Choose a station that offers delivery, set your pickup and return times inside the delivery window, and request delivery.
Someone from our team comes to the place you choose within the delivery area to hand the car over or pick it up.

1. Request delivery

In the app, select a participating station, then set your pickup and return date and time inside the delivery window, along with the point you would like.

* Right now the participating stations are KONAN and SHINAGAWA only.

2. Pick up at the point you choose

We bring the car to the point you choose.
Meet us there at your pickup time.
Our staff member completes the pickup and hands you the key.

* So far, Shinagawa Station is the only delivery point you can pick.

3. Take the key and set off

Once our staff member hands you the key, your drive begins!
Make the most of your electric road trip.

4. Return at the point you choose

We come to the point you choose to pick the car up.
Please come to the pickup point at your return time.

Cutting-edge car sharing,
brought to your door.

A delivery staff member brings the car to you.
Ask and they’ll walk you through how the car works, so you can start your drive with confidence.

Booking is easy in the app.

Once you have chosen your dates, pick a time inside the delivery window (the orange bar).
As long as your pickup and return times fall inside that window, you can switch the “Request delivery” toggle on.

Things to know about delivery

Stations that offer delivery

At present, KONAN and SHINAGAWA are the only stations that offer Share Car Delivery.
More stations are coming.

Running past your pickup or return time

If we don’t hear from you and you’re more than 20 minutes past your pickup or return time, we take the car back to its home station. You’ll then have to pick it up — or return it — at the station in the usual way.

Switching to a normal pickup or return

If you’re more than 20 minutes late, or something outside our staff’s control prevents delivery, you pick the car up — or return it — at the station instead.
The app will walk you through it.

Where we deliver

Shinagawa Station is currently the only pickup and return point you can choose.
We’re expanding, starting with central Tokyo, so you’ll be able to name the point you want.
We will post updates in “News / Press Releases” as they come.
