Article 6 Management of Member Information

1. The Company shall issue each Member with a member ID and a password. A Member may change the member ID and the password at will.

3. A Member shall be responsible for managing the member ID and password, and must not lend, assign, sell or otherwise transfer them to a third party.
4. A Member shall be responsible for managing the member ID and password, and shall bear liability for loss arising from causes attributable to the Member, such as inadequate management of the member ID and password, error in their use, or use by a third party.
5. A declaration of intent made to the Company using a member ID and password shall be deemed to be the declaration of intent of the Member, except where it is due to a cause attributable to the Company, and the Member shall be responsible for all payments and the like arising as a result.
6. Where it comes to light that a member ID and password are being used improperly by a third party, the Member shall immediately notify the Company and shall follow any instructions given by the Company.

Article 7 Withdrawal of Membership

Where a Member wishes to withdraw, the Member shall personally carry out the prescribed withdrawal procedure on this site, and withdrawal shall take effect at the point when, following completion of that procedure, the Company receives the Member's application to withdraw. Article 10 Formation of the Contract of Sale

1. The contract of sale between a User and the Company is formed at the point when the Company dispatches the ordered goods to the User.
2. A User who is a minor shall place an order for goods only after obtaining the consent of their statutory representative. Where an order is placed by a User who is a minor, the Company shall deem the consent of the statutory representative to have been obtained.
3. After completing an order, the User shall pay the Company the price of the goods as at the time of the order (the “Price”) by the payment method specified by the User at the time of the order in accordance with Article 14.

Article 11 Non-Formation of the Contract of Sale

1. Even after an order has been placed by a User, the Company may refuse to form the contract of sale relating to that order in the cases set out in the following items. In that event, the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss arising to the User because the contract of sale is not formed, except where the matter is attributable to the Company.
(1) Where the goods specification or the delivery address information specified by the User is incomplete
(2) Where an order is placed for delivery to an area to which delivery is not possible
(3) Where the User does not complete payment of the full Price within the specified period
(4) Where the credit card company specified by the User notifies the Company that credit authorization has been declined
(5) Where the name on the transfer account differs from the User's name and payment cannot be confirmed
(6) Where the ordered goods are out of stock and there is no scheduled date for restocking
(7) Where the goods become damaged, faulty or otherwise defective before delivery and there is neither replacement stock nor a scheduled date for restocking
(8) Where the goods have become impossible to supply because the manufacturer or supplier has discontinued production or for a similar reason
(9) Where there is an error in the product information, the selling price or the like of the ordered goods
(10) Where delivery of the goods is impossible for any other reason
2. Even after the contract of sale has been formed, the Company may terminate the contract in the cases set out in the following items. In that event, the Company may charge the User the actual costs incurred up to the point of termination.
(1) Where the goods cannot be delivered because the delivery address is unknown, the recipient is absent for a prolonged period, or receipt is refused
(2) Where the User does not complete payment of the full Price within the specified period (including the case set out in item 5 of the preceding paragraph)
(3) Where the User is found to belong to or be connected with anti-social forces, or to have dealings with anti-social forces
(4) Where there is any other improper or inappropriate conduct in the use of the Services
3. Until the contract of sale provided for in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article is formed, the User may, in accordance with the Company's rules, cancel an order so that the contract of sale relating to that order is not formed.

Article 12 Product Information

2. The Company may change product information such as the specification and options of a product without prior notice to Users.

Article 13 Selling Prices

2. The Company may change the selling price of a product and the delivery charge for a product without prior notice to Users.
3. Even where the selling price of a product, the delivery charge for a product, or both are changed after a User has placed an order, the User shall pay the Price as at the completion of the order, and the Company shall not refund the difference to the User.

Article 14 Timing and Method of Payment

1. A User may select one of the payment methods set out in the following items when placing an order.
(1) Credit card payment
(2) Bank transfer
(3) Payment using a Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay account
(4) Any other payment method provided by the Company
2. The Company may add or remove any of the payment methods set out in the items of the preceding paragraph.
3. Where a User selects credit card payment and the credit card company specified by the User notifies the Company that credit authorization has been declined, the Company may require the User to pay the Price by another payment method.

Article 15 Contact and Notice

Inquiries concerning the Services and any other contact or notice from a User or Member to the Company, and notice of a change to these Terms and any other contact or notice from the Company to Users and Members, shall be given by a method prescribed by the Company.

Article 16 Delivery of Goods

1. For every order, the goods are delivered by a carrier designated by the Company. The carrier is selected at the Company's discretion, taking into account the size, weight and nature of the goods. A User may not designate the carrier.
2. Goods are delivered within Japan only. Even within Japan, delivery may not be possible to remote islands and certain other areas. Where an order is placed for delivery to an area to which delivery is not possible, the Company may refuse to form the contract of sale under Article 11 of these Terms.
3. Where the delivery address for the goods falls outside the scope of the carrier's standard service, an additional delivery charge may apply. In that event, the additional charge will be billed after the order.
4. Where several products are delivered under a single order, the delivery time, the delivery date and the delivery service may differ from product to product, because the point of dispatch differs according to the product, its stock status and its nature.
5. Once the Company has arranged dispatch of the goods, no change to the delivery address or to the delivery date and time can be accepted from the User, whatever the reason or circumstances.
6. A User may specify delivery of the goods to an address other than the User's own residence. However, where the User does not receive the goods in person, the User shall inform the recipient at the delivery address in advance that the goods will be delivered by the Company, so that delivery takes place without difficulty. Where the goods are returned to the Company for reasons on the part of the User or the recipient, such as refusal of receipt or prolonged absence, and the goods are delivered again at a later date, the User shall pay the Company the actual delivery charge for the return and the actual delivery charge for the redelivery.
7. Where the User was absent on the delivery date and the carrier has left a notice of attempted delivery, the User shall arrange redelivery with that carrier directly.
8. Where a User specifies a delivery date and time, that information is passed to the carrier for the goods. However, because delivery is subject to variation depending on delivery conditions and similar factors, an exact delivery date and time is not guaranteed.
9. The scheduled delivery date may change without prior notice owing to changes in stock status, congestion on delivery routes, days on which the carrier is closed, natural disasters (bad weather) and similar causes.
10. The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for direct or indirect loss to a User arising from a delay in the delivery of goods, whatever the reason for the delay.

Article 17 Returns and Exchanges

1. For every order, a User may not, after the contract of sale has been formed, change to other goods, change the specification, cancel, or return or exchange the goods for reasons of the User's own.
2. Where goods delivered to a User are defective, damaged or the wrong item, the User shall report the details to the Company on this site within 5 days of the goods arriving. Where the necessary information is provided within that period and the defect, damage, wrong item or the like is found to be the responsibility of the Company, the Company will exchange the goods for a new item of the same product. In that case, the Company shall bear the delivery charge and other costs of the exchange. This applies only where the return slip and carrier designated by the Company are used and the goods are returned, packed in the prescribed manner, to the place indicated by the Company. Where the Company's instructions are not followed, the Company shall not bear the costs of the return.
3. Where a defect, damage, wrong item or the like can be remedied by replacing the product or a part, the Company shall respond by replacing the product or the part only.
4. In exchanging goods under the preceding paragraph, the Company shall respond with a refund rather than an exchange where the goods to be exchanged fall under any of the following items.
(1) Where the goods are out of stock and there is no scheduled date for restocking
(2) Where the goods become damaged, faulty or otherwise defective before delivery and there is neither replacement stock nor a scheduled date for restocking
(3) Where the goods have become impossible to supply because the manufacturer or supplier has discontinued production or for a similar reason
(4) Where delivery meeting the goods specification requested by the User is difficult
(5) Where delivery of the goods is impossible for any other reason
5. The Company takes the utmost care in handling goods, but the User accepts that minor marks (scuffs) and the like may unavoidably occur during packing or transport. Such cases do not constitute a defect in the goods and are not subject to return or exchange.
6. The User accepts that the actual item may look different from the product photographs on the site, for reasons such as differences in the color and texture of the item from the photographs and variation between individual items arising from the material. Such cases do not constitute a defect in the goods and are not subject to return or exchange.
7. The specifications of goods are changed from time to time for reasons such as quality improvement. Even where a User purchases goods bearing the same model number as goods purchased previously, the specification may differ. Such cases do not constitute a defect in the goods and are not subject to return or exchange.

Article 18 Copyright and Related Rights

1. A User may not use or make public any work or other information provided through this site beyond the scope of the User's own private use as provided by the Copyright Act and other laws.
2. Where a User breaches this Article and a problem concerning copyright or other intellectual property rights arises, the User shall resolve that problem at the User's own cost and responsibility. In addition, the User shall not subject the Company to any burden or loss, and in the event that the Company suffers loss, the User in question shall be liable to compensate the Company for the loss it suffers as a result.

(2) Where the system is under heavy load
(3) Where operation of the system becomes difficult owing to fire, power failure, obstruction by a third party or the like

3. The Company shall bear no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, disadvantage or the like arising from a User's breach of these Terms.
4. Where the Company bears liability to a User for damages on the basis of the content of these Terms or any other reason (the “Cause of Liability”), the Company's liability shall, except where the Company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, be limited to the amount of actual loss recognized as ordinarily arising from that Cause of Liability, and shall be capped at the total of the price of the goods, the delivery charge and the like (including consumption tax; in this paragraph, the “Goods Price and Related Charges”) for the order connected with that Cause of Liability. However, where the order connected with that Cause of Liability cannot be identified, the Company's liability shall be capped at the Goods Price and Related Charges for the order made most recently before that Cause of Liability arose.
5. The Company may change, delete or add to the structure of this site, any of its content, any of its pages, any of its services, the goods it handles and anything else, at any time and at its discretion.
