Night pack — conditions and notes

  • The whole booking must fall inside 18:00–09:00.
  • It is applied automatically when the booking fits that window.
  • The distance rate still applies on top, based on how far you drive.
  • With the night pack, the return time cannot be extended at all.
  • Return the car after your booked time and the unauthorized extension charge applies.
  • You cannot switch between the hourly rate and the night pack in either direction.
  • You cannot combine the hourly rate and the night pack in one booking.

Extending a booking

Stuck in traffic or running late? You can extend right in the app, in a few taps. Bookings on the night pack cannot be extended.

Important

Caps do not apply to extensions. If you keep the car past your return time without extending in the app, the extension is charged at twice the normal rate. Insurance does not cover an unauthorized extension: any damage during that period is yours to pay in full.

Other notes

Late return fee
Keeping the car past your return time is charged at twice the hourly rate. This applies whether you just ran late or another booking meant you couldn't extend.
Minimum charge
Trips under six hours are charged the minimum charge set for the grade.
Distance rate
Every trip carries a distance rate of ¥25/km, whatever the grade, plan or length of booking.
Caps and time packs
We apply whichever cap or time pack is cheapest for your booking, automatically. Extensions — including unauthorized ones — are outside that: no cap or pack applies to them.
