Returns and exchanges

- Where the goods are clearly defective, were damaged because they were inadequately packaged, or the wrong item was delivered, we accept a return or an exchange, provided you contact us within 5 days of the date the goods arrive.
- In those cases we bear the shipping cost of the return and of the replacement.
- Where an exchange is difficult, for example because the same item is out of stock, a refund is made instead.

We cannot accept a return or an exchange in the following cases.
1. If you contact us 6 or more days after the goods arrive.
2. If the goods were scratched or soiled in your possession after being opened.
3. If the reason is one of your own — for example, the item is not what you pictured, or you ordered the wrong quantity.

Warranty against failure in normal use

If a product becomes unusable through a failure in normal use, we will exchange it for an equivalent product free of charge, provided this happens within the period below, measured from the date the order was confirmed.
- BOXIV original products: 1 year
- BOXIV Selection products (manufactured by third parties): 180 days

Failure that does not originate inside the product itself, but arises from an unforeseen and sudden external cause such as breakage, a drop, external pressure or water ingress (that is, physical damage), is outside the warranty.
The warranty also does not cover a product whose use is restricted by a specification change from a vehicle software update.
