Cancellation Policy

BOXIV SHARE has a cancellation policy to keep the share cars available to as many people as possible.

Cancellation Fees

The cancellation fee depends on when you cancel.
The fee is charged automatically to your credit card.

Within 12 hours of booking

Free (*1)

12 hours or more after booking

5% of the booking amount

From 6 hours before the pickup time

100% of the booking amount (*2)

*1 Cancellation is free only up to one hour before the pickup time. A cancellation fee applies after that point.
*2 Within 12 hours of booking, cancellation is free up to one hour before the pickup time.

When Your Card Is Charged

12 hours after booking, or one hour before the pickup time

The full rental amount is charged to the card you registered.
If you cancel the booking after this point and a cancellation fee applies, we refund the amount already charged, less the cancellation fee, to your credit card.

3-D Secure

This service uses 3-D Secure to process payments securely.
Cards that do not support 3-D Secure cannot be used.
Debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used either.
