In an Emergency

If there is an accident or a breakdown, stay calm and get yourself to safety first.
Then call the police or the fire department if you need to.
Be sure to contact BOXIV SHARE Emergency Support below as well.
We will walk you through what happens after an accident and help with roadside assistance.

* For anything other than an emergency, please use the contact form.

BOXIV SHARE Emergency Support (24 hours a day)

We may not be able to answer right away if we are helping another customer.
If that happens, please wait a few minutes and call back.
If a tow truck is needed in an emergency such as an accident, please call the roadside assistance provider shown on the info card kept in the car.

Roadside Assistance

BOXIV SHARE includes roadside assistance: if the car breaks down or something goes wrong without warning, a service provider comes out to you and makes emergency repairs on the spot.
